Moaning Lisa release EP's on Vinyl for the first time + Announce 'Here's To Us' Tour Dates

Moaning Lisa are thrilled to celebrate their debut and sophomore EP’s, ‘The Sweetest’ from 2017, and ‘Do You Know Enough?’ from 2018, with a special run of shows, and the release of both EP’s on vinyl for the first time as a limited edition LP. 

The Ngunnawal / Canberra born, Naarm / Melbourne based outfit have spent the majority of the year writing and working away in the studio, preparing their next body of work, so before they begin releasing their new collection of music, they wanted to honour their back catalogue. It will also be an opportunity for their beloved audience to hear old fan favourites from both EP’s, including ‘Carrie (I Want A Girl)’, ‘Good’, ‘Shoe In’, ‘Comfortable’ and more, before the release of new music inevitably results in a set list evolution, and old fan favourites get replaced by new fan favourites. 

The four-piece will be heading out on the Here’s To Us Tour across two weekends in November, taking to the stage at The Workers Club in Melbourne, The Vanguard in Sydney and Sideway in Canberra.

Speaking of the celebratory tour and vinyl release, the band says:
“Giving both of these EPs a physical release is something we’ve wanted to do for a long time. We’re getting ready to start this whole new era, so it feels like the perfect time to give these songs their moment. 

“It’s been a minute since we’ve had our own shows to play. Here’s To Us is a lyric from the song ‘Comfortable’, which was the one of the first ML songs that got uploaded in demo form to Unearthed way back when. It just felt right that we should name the tour that. It’s a chance to celebrate everything that’s happened since then, and also introduce everyone to what’s coming next.”

Moaning Lisa have pressed both EP’s to vinyl for the first time, with ‘Do You Know Enough?’ on Side A and ‘The Sweetest’ appearing on Side B, as a Limited Edition Opaque Purple LP, released via Farmer & The Owl / BMG.
